Whether you are navigating changing interest rates, evolving consumer expectations, or new regulatory requirements, your work continues to uphold the value and credibility of the REALTOR® brand.

CAAR remains focused on supporting you in practical ways. This includes strong advocacy at the local and state level, clear guidance on compliance and risk management, and high-quality education that reflects the realities you are facing in today’s transactions. We are also continuing to engage with local leaders on issues that directly affect housing supply, affordability, and responsible growth in our region.

I encourage you to stay involved. Attend our meetings and events, take advantage of our classes, and share your perspective with the association. Your input helps shape our priorities and ensures CAAR is working for you, not just on your behalf.
