The Central Arizona Association of REALTORS® proudly congratulates Clark Jones on receiving the Mary Lee Greason Excellence in Professional Standards Award, one of Arizona REALTORS®’ highest recognitions for service in professional standards.

About the Award

• Established: 2019
• Named For: Mary Lee Greason
• Selection: Jointly by Professional Standards & Risk Management Chairs
• Presented: Only when a deserving nominee is selected

Established in 2019, the award honors an Arizona REALTOR® who demonstrates exceptional dedication to professional standards through service, leadership, preparation, and commitment. Recipients are selected jointly by the Chairs of the Arizona REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and Risk Management Committee. The award is not presented annually, but only when a deserving nominee is identified, underscoring the distinction of the recognition.

Named in honor of Mary Lee Greason, a respected Arizona REALTOR® and longtime instructor who served extensively on both the Tucson and Arizona REALTORS® Professional Standards Committees, the award recognizes individuals who embody her legacy of ethical leadership and instructional excellence.

Clark shared that he was both “shocked and surprised” when he received the news, noting that he has long admired previous recipients for their dedication to professional standards. He described it as an honor to join a group of award recipients that includes respected leaders such as Holly Eslinger (2022), Duane Fouts (2023), Ron Roberts (2024), and others who have shaped professional standards across Arizona.

“I was shocked and surprised. I have always admired the dedication of those who previously received this award.”
— Clark Jones

Clark credits much of his professional growth to mentors and instructors who emphasized ethics and accountability, including Mary Lee Greason herself, who served as one of his Ethics trainers when National Association of REALTORS® ethics training became a membership requirement. He also expressed appreciation for mentors such as Marge Lindsay and Holly Eslinger, whose dedication to education and professional standards left a lasting impact on his approach to service.

Throughout his career, Clark has demonstrated sustained involvement in organized real estate at the local and state levels. His service history includes multiple terms as CAAR President (2013, 2018, 2024), longstanding participation in Professional Standards initiatives, and consistent engagement in association leadership and advocacy efforts.

The Mary Lee Greason Excellence in Professional Standards Award recognizes not only longevity of service, but diversity of roles, leadership contributions, and measurable impact within the Professional Standards framework. Clark’s commitment to these principles reflects the values that define the REALTOR® profession.

Congratulations, Clark, on this distinguished recognition.
