CAAR Business Breakfast – Featuring AAR General Counsel Aaron Green

By Dennis Riccio, President, Central Arizona Association of REALTORS®

Join us on Wednesday, September 3rd at 8:30 AM at the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino (Hwy 87, Mile Marker 251, Payson, AZ) for a morning of networking, hot coffee, and professional insight at our next CAAR Business Breakfast.

We are pleased to welcome Aaron Green, General Counsel for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, as our guest speaker. Aaron will be addressing important updates to the Arizona Administrative Code governing real estate practitioners and providing an overview of new and upcoming AAR forms.

Why This Matters to You
The Arizona Department of Real Estate recently completed a significant round of rule revisions to the Arizona Administrative Code, the first major update in many years. Throughout the process, Arizona REALTORS® played an active role in shaping these changes, and many of our recommendations were adopted. Aaron will explain what these revisions mean in practice and how they may affect your daily real estate transactions.

In addition, Aaron will preview the upcoming release of new and revised AAR standard forms, including:

  • Regular scheduled form updates issued three times per year (February 1, July 1, and November 1).
  • A special release form on September 30 to address the NAR Clear Cooperation policy on delayed marketing.
  • The overhaul of the Solar Addendum, scheduled for release on November 1.

About the Speaker

Aaron Green was born and raised in Tucson and earned his law degree with honors from Arizona State University in 1999, where he served as Associate Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. For over two decades, he has concentrated his practice on real estate law, serving on expert panels and teaching continuing education classes for REALTORS®. In July 2023, Aaron became General Counsel for AAR, where he advises association leadership, oversees forms and advisories, and provides legal support when issues affect REALTORS® and Member Boards statewide.
