RAPAC

What is RAPAC?

The Central Arizona Association of REALTORS® proudly supports the REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee (RAPAC), a member-driven initiative dedicated to promoting and protecting the real estate industry. RAPAC plays a key role in advocating for local, state, and federal candidates whose views align with the principles of Arizona REALTORS® — including support for private property rights, fair real estate regulations, and a healthy, free-market business environment.

As a voluntary, non-profit organization, RAPAC operates independently of any political party and strategically channels resources into the races that matter most to Arizona’s real estate professionals. RAPAC is a cornerstone of the Arizona REALTORS® Government Affairs program, which includes legislative advocacy, professional lobbying, and building strong relationships with elected officials.

Through the continued efforts of state and local associations like CAAR, RAPAC works to ensure that policymakers — from city councils to Congress — understand the needs of our industry. We are committed to making sure that the REALTOR® voice is heard loud and clear before any decision is made that could impact our profession or the clients we serve.

RAPAC (REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee) is a non-profit, member-funded organization that supports political candidates and initiatives aligned with the values of Arizona REALTORS®. For CAAR, RAPAC is a vital tool in protecting the interests of real estate professionals and ensuring that legislation at all levels supports private property rights, homeownership, and a thriving real estate market.

No. RAPAC is non-partisan. It supports candidates—regardless of party affiliation—who champion REALTOR® values and understand the importance of real estate to the local and state economy. CAAR stands behind RAPAC’s commitment to supporting policies, not parties.
